the joker
whenever she had a big workout or got really worked up, Suki would get this giant smile/pant thing going. it was so weird, yet made her so photogenic- i have alot of pics just like this...
On this particular occasion, Ryan and I had found a bunch of balloons at Griffith Park and decided to take them home with us. Suki about lost her mind popping them in the backseat. Ryan had to hold her still so we could get this shot- she was so bonkers and out of her brain on a balloon popping high.

tennesee valley
I wonder how many dogs have hiked national land? This is from a walk we went on to Tennessee Valley in Marin. She was off the leash and we even had an angry hippie tell us "NO DOGS ALLOWED!"

These are the first polaroids I took of her. Just now, when I went to scan them in, I noticed I had scrawled "9 1/2 weeks" on the back.
She was so teeny- basically the size of a squirrel.
